PIPELINE CONSTRUCTION BEGINS ON ALESSANDRO BOULEVARD - Nov. 13, 2007
Beginning Thursday (Nov. 15), long-term traffic controls and detours will be in place along Alessandro Boulevard in the Mission Grove area of Riverside to make way for the installation of a major water line, the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California announced.
